The current public CrewCircuit legal and marketing pages use a limited set of storage technologies to load the site, route language choices, keep basic preferences, and protect reliability. The table below describes the categories we currently expect on these pages. We will update this policy when the implementation changes.

3. Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary cookies and equivalent storage are used so pages load correctly, security protections work, and your requested preferences can be honoured. In Germany, access to or storage of information on a user's device is governed in particular by Section 25 TDDDG. Non-essential storage or access generally requires consent, while strictly necessary technologies can fall within statutory exceptions.
4. Optional Analytics and Marketing Technologies
CrewCircuit currently does not use optional analytics or marketing cookies on the public legal pages. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising pixels, or similar non-essential technologies, we will only activate them where legally permitted and, where required, after consent.
5. Third-Party Technologies
Some CrewCircuit app areas use Firebase/Google Cloud services for hosting, authentication, security, diagnostics, and core platform operation. These services may use browser storage or receive technical data such as device, browser, IP, authentication, and diagnostic information depending on the service you use. We treat these technologies according to their actual function and update this policy as our implementation changes.
6. Your Cookie Choices
You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. If CrewCircuit introduces consent-based optional technologies, we will provide an easily accessible cookie or privacy settings control so you can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Clearing site data may also remove stored preferences, but it is not a substitute for an in-product consent control where one is required.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, app, providers, or storage technologies change. The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision.
